Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • ServSafe card valid in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois
  • Food Handlers card valid in California, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
  • At least 2 years of high-volume culinary management experience
  • Ability to communicate basic English and Spanish
  • Strong cooking from scratch ability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Passion for guest service and professional growth

Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
