Job Requirements
- 3+ years of high-volume culinary management experience
- basic computer skills
- ability to work with scheduling, time and attendance systems
- understanding of POS systems and inventory control
- ServSafe Certification

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume culinary management experience
- possesses basic computer skills and the ability to work with a scheduling, time and attendance
- understand POS systems and inventory control systems
- ServSafe Certification required

- has a can-do attitude and the willingness to learn and execute quickly
- manages multiple priorities, tasks and takes initiative
Job Duties
- achieve company objectives in sales, food quality, food presentation, kitchen safety, sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
- ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, presentation and serving standards
- fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests
- demonstrate an advanced understanding of business operations and financials
- manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling and planning
- create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- demonstrate ingredient knowledge and understanding of culinary trends
