Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- Current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow as related to food operations
- Review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Work with the operations and sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions in absence of the Kitchen Manager or Chef
- Estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases
- Schedule staff efficiently based on business volume
- Partner with Kitchen Manager or General Manager to resolve disciplinary issues and foster a team environment
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food
- Assist Chef with kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits to comply with Department of Health regulations
- Ensure a clean and safe environment consistently
- Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
