Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED diploma
  • 3 to 5 years experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision
  • Serve Safe Management certification
  • ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively

Job Qualifications

  • assists with menu planning

  • complies with company and franchise standards of operation procedures as well as those of all applicable regulatory agencies
  • ensures daily that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with brand or company standards

  • provides recommendations for hiring, firing, advancement, or any other status change of associates
  • maintains effective communication and positive associate relations through timely and professional performance reviews, discipline, and program management
