Job Requirements
- Ability to drive and enhance a culture of food and workplace safety
- Degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory experience or applicable culinary experience
- Strong passion for great food and hospitality
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in computer and technical skills
- Working knowledge of Google Suite tools, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- ServSafe Certification
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage workplace and food safety including allergen management
- Design, manage and own the overall experience not just the offerings
- Follow all menu and production/prep expectations and guides, opening/closing checklist and responsibility guides
- Prepare well-balanced meals to fuel users through the day
- Set an expectation of hospitality that is friendly and engaging
- Train and develop team members
- Assist Executive Chef in ensuring that all products and ingredients used are purchased following sector and food purchasing standards and sustainability commitments
