This includes mentoring and coaching team members to elevate their skills and performance.

Another essential aspect of the role is ensuring exceptional customer service by exceeding guest expectations through quality food and excellent hospitality. The Kitchen Manager will manage day-to-day operations to meet customers' quality and service standards, handle guest feedback and complaints, and empower employees to deliver outstanding service that reflects the JW Marriott brand values.

The managerial responsibilities also extend to meeting culinary and business goals, using labor management systems for scheduling and attendance tracking, and conducting safety training for staff. The Kitchen Manager will actively participate in human resource activities such as performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback, and addressing developmental needs to build a highly skilled workforce.
