We are currently seeking a high-performing Sous Chef to join our team. This critical leadership role is perfect for a driven culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen setting. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our stringent standards of excellence. The role involves managing multiple cuisines within our menu, all carefully crafted and set, allowing the Sous Chef to focus on execution and operational excellence. Candidates must be prepared for significant training in Atlanta, working alongside experienced culinary leaders to hone their skills and understand company standards deeply.

As Sous Chef, you will lead a high-volume kitchen with an annual revenue exceeding $8 million, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage both food quality and labor costs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining our scratch kitchen philosophy, adhering strictly to recipe books, and overseeing the plating, ensuring each dish is visually stunning and perfectly crafted. This role demands superb knife skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for both food and the people who create it.

Our ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens, with two or more years in a leadership capacity. Emotional intelligence and financial acumen are critical to succeed in this role; understanding profit and loss statements, food costs, and labor management will ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and profitably.
