Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role preferred
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday with variable hours
- Must be able to perform kitchen duties including cooking and supervising staff
- Compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Willingness to interact professionally with customers and resolve complaints
Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling and disciplinary actions
- Stores food in designated areas following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and cleans workstation thoroughly
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to associates and customers
- Monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
- Tracks product production, consumption and waste
- Performs other duties as assigned
