Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • ability to read product labels and communicate job-related needs
  • physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

  • combination of education and culinary experience

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma or certification preferred
  • experience working in hotel kitchens is a plus
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • creativity and passion for food and hospitality
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • adherence to food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations
  • supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
  • prepare menu items to meet high standards
  • enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • support menu development and inventory management
  • report to the Executive Chef
