The Sous Chef role at Punch Bowl Social is designed for culinary professionals who share a passion for their craft and a commitment to excellence. The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef by managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring recipe adherence, and maintaining the highest standards in food quality and safety. The menu features made-from-scratch American diner-inspired dishes, offering a unique blend of comfort food and innovative culinary concepts. The Sous Chef will also be involved in banquet preparation and execution, inventory management including ordering and invoicing, team coaching, and upholding safety and sanitation compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old or over
  • experience in culinary management or as a professional cook
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
