We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join the dynamic kitchen team at George & Gather. As the Sous Chef, you will work closely alongside the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of outstanding dishes that reflect our culinary vision. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards and smooth execution of our kitchen services, supervising and training kitchen staff to achieve consistent quality and efficiency. You will play a key part in the development and execution of seasonal menus that highlight locally sourced ingredients, supporting our commitment to sustainability and freshness. Managing inventory and ordering fresh ingredients will be a fundamental responsibility, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and prepared to meet daily demands.

Job Duties
