Job Duties

  • assist in overseeing kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • work alongside the Executive Chef to develop and execute seasonal menus based on locally sourced ingredients
  • supervise and train kitchen staff ensuring they adhere to food safety and quality standards
  • ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high standards
  • manage inventory and ordering ensuring the kitchen is stocked with fresh ingredients at all times
  • maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment
  • collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • contribute to menu planning food costing and specials based on seasonal produce and available products
  • assist in managing kitchen prep schedules and timing to ensure consistency during service
