- ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency

Job Duties
- assist in overseeing kitchen operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
- work alongside the Executive Chef to develop and execute seasonal menus based on locally sourced ingredients
- supervise and train kitchen staff ensuring they adhere to food safety and quality standards
- ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to our high standards
- manage inventory and ordering ensuring the kitchen is stocked with fresh ingredients at all times
- maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment
- collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest experiences
- contribute to menu planning food costing and specials based on seasonal produce and available products
- assist in managing kitchen prep schedules and timing to ensure consistency during service
