The Sous Chef position at Eat Good Group plays a vital role in supporting the Executive Chef by overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining the high culinary standards the company is known for. The Sous Chef will lead daily service, ensuring meal quality, consistency, and timely preparation, while supervising and mentoring line cooks and prep staff to uphold recipe standards, portion control, and presentation. Operational responsibilities include assisting with staff scheduling, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and controlling food costs to maintain profitability and efficiency.
