Job Requirements

  • Hands-on chef with multi-unit experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience in quality scratch kitchens
  • Proven prior sous chef tenure
  • Strong service and hospitality understanding
  • Professional appearance
  • Able to report to Executive Chef and General Manager

Job Qualifications

  • Proven prior tenure in sous chef position
  • Experience with multi-unit restaurant concepts
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of quality scratch kitchens
  • Exceptional service orientation
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Assist with inventory and ordering
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure timely service
