Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years of culinary experience
- one year of culinary experience in a long-term care setting
- certification as a dietary manager preferred or willingness to obtain
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- strong leadership and organizational skills
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food using baking, grilling, stove-top, and oven cooking methods
- clean and maintain kitchen area
- oversee kitchen staff progress and abilities
- manage inventory and kitchen supplies
- oversee kitchen function in absence of the Dietitian
- assist with kitchen projects and special events
- ensure food preparation meets quality and safety standards
