The current opening for a Full Time Days Sous Chef offers an exciting opportunity to join this amazing organization. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, providing a stable work-life balance for candidates. The compensation for this role goes up to $25.00 per hour, with the final pay based on the applicant's experience, certifications, skills, and education. Working as a Sous Chef at Immanuel Pathways PACE involves a variety of culinary responsibilities, including food preparation techniques such as baking, grilling, stove-top, and oven cooking. The role also includes oversight of kitchen staff performance, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen especially during the absence of the Dietitian.

This position requires a minimum of two years of culinary experience, including at least one year in a long-term care (LTC) setting, highlighting the specialized nature of the culinary expertise required.
