The position available is for a Sous Chef at Sharp Metropolitan Medical Center in San Diego, which is part of Sodexo's healthcare sector operations. This role is designed for culinary professionals who excel in fast-paced environments that demand high standards of food safety, quality, and innovation. The Sous Chef will play a vital role within Sodexo's culinary team, supporting daily production and service while maintaining strict compliance with all regulatory requirements including local, state, and federal guidelines. Job Duties
