Job Requirements

Minimum education requirement high school diploma GED or equivalent experience
Culinary experience leading food preparation at a specific station such as salads soups or other assigned areas
Working knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen best practices
Ability to provide guidance and oversight to a small team supervising fewer than two full-time employees
Passion for quality food preparation and commitment to service excellence

Job Duties

Lead food preparation and production at an assigned station ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
Maintain proper food handling sanitation and safety practices
Provide direction and support to team members assigned to the station
Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
