Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement high school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- Culinary experience leading food preparation at a specific station such as salads soups or other assigned areas
- Working knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen best practices
- Ability to provide guidance and oversight to a small team supervising fewer than two full-time employees
- Passion for quality food preparation and commitment to service excellence

Job Duties
- Lead food preparation and production at an assigned station ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
- Maintain proper food handling sanitation and safety practices
- Provide direction and support to team members assigned to the station
- Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
