- experience as a Sous Chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or resort
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Qualifications
- proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
- strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
- ability to develop and mentor team members
- knowledge of kitchen systems, methods, and processes
- stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
Job Duties
