We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in assisting the Executive Chef with menu planning and food preparation while providing leadership and mentorship to kitchen staff. Job Requirements

  • prior experience working in a professional kitchen
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • willingness to work 10-hour shifts including weekends
  • strong organizational skills
  • basic knowledge of inventory management systems

Job Duties
