This role is a vital leadership position focused on the daily success of kitchen operations within Marriott International’s culinary division. The incumbent will be accountable for managing all food-related functions and leading the kitchen staff to uphold superior culinary standards. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum 4 years of relevant culinary or food and beverage experience
- or associate degree in culinary arts or related field
- minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle customer complaints effectively
