The Sous Chef role at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is a pivotal culinary management position within this vibrant hospitality setting. The Sous Chef oversees daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets, including Ramsay's Kitchen Restaurant and Bar, the hotel pool, the 24/7 in-room dining service, and the spa cafe.
