Job Duties

  • uphold all health and safety standards ensuring proper equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness
  • lead daily hands-on food preparation ensuring consistency quality and smooth service execution
  • track inventory levels order supplies and manage food costs to support efficient kitchen operations
  • oversee all day-to-day functions of the restaurant kitchen and support overall team performance
  • train develop and motivate team to consistently meet and exceed established food preparation standards
