We are currently seeking passionate and talented Sous Chefs to join our team. This role offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, plus performance bonuses, making it a rewarding opportunity for culinary experts who thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments. The Sous Chef works closely with the Chef De Cuisine to ensure seamless operations in the kitchen—from menu creation to daily execution. This leadership role is vital in coordinating the kitchen team, managing shift goals, and delivering exceptional dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Our ideal Sous Chef is not only skilled in culinary arts but also excels in team leadership and communication. Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in high-volume restaurants
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • speak and understand English and Spanish
  • maintain current Food Handler's Certification
