Job Duties
- Create unique Texas-sized culinary experiences for guests
- collaborate with Chef De Cuisine to ensure flawless kitchen operations
- lead and coordinate kitchen team to meet shift goals
- assist in creating and executing special event menus
- celebrate team successes and address improvement opportunities
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain calm under pressure
