Anchor Bay offers a comprehensive benefits package starting on the first day of employment, which includes paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental and vision coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, and a pre-tax retirement savings plan with a company match. Additional employee perks include diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, generous bonus programs for referrals, retail discounts on services such as cellphone plans and pet insurance, health reimbursement accounts, flexible spending accounts, tuition rewards, reduced meal costs during shifts, extensive professional development opportunities, and commuter benefits.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors through exceptional food service and who enjoy working in a supportive and highly regarded team environment.
