Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- knowledge of breakfast and lunch service operations
- experience with menu planning, inventory, and cost control
- ServeSafe certification preferred
- strong leadership skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to work varied shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations
- prepare breakfast, lunch, and light dinner items while ensuring consistency and quality
- train and mentor cooks and prep staff to maintain standards
- assist with menu planning, daily specials, and seasonal items
- oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of food items
- ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen
- support hotel-wide culinary initiatives as needed
