Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • knowledge of breakfast and lunch service operations
  • experience with menu planning, inventory, and cost control
  • ServeSafe certification preferred
  • strong leadership skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work varied shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise kitchen staff and daily operations
  • prepare breakfast, lunch, and light dinner items while ensuring consistency and quality
  • train and mentor cooks and prep staff to maintain standards
  • assist with menu planning, daily specials, and seasonal items
  • oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of food items
  • ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained in the kitchen
  • support hotel-wide culinary initiatives as needed
