We are currently looking for experienced Sous Chefs or Kitchen Managers who have a profound passion for cooking and culinary arts. This full-time position offers a starting salary range from $50,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on skill level, experience, and tenure within the company. The role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, can work collaboratively with others, and has a genuine love for crafting high-quality food. As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in overseeing kitchen operations within one of our esteemed restaurants, ensuring that every dish meets our rigorous standards for quality and presentation. This position demands creativity, leadership, and a hands-on approach in the kitchen. Candidates ideally will have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, a mature and professional demeanor, and a great enthusiasm for food and hospitality. Open availability for days, evenings, and weekends is required to meet the needs of our busy operations.

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • ensure the highest quality standards of food preparation and presentation

  • maintain inventory and order supplies ensuring minimal waste
  • enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
