Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in leading, training, and scheduling a high-performing kitchen team
- prepare and present meals that meet high standards of quality, consistency, and taste
- monitor performance and production flow to maintain top-tier results and guest satisfaction
- assist in menu creation balancing innovation with productivity and cost goals
- ensure all storage and preparation areas comply with health code requirements and cleanliness standards
- participate in special projects aimed at improving kitchen operations and elevating culinary excellence
