Minimum of two years bartending experience in a high volume full service restaurant, club or hotel
high school diploma or equivalent
T.I.P.S. certification and sanitation certification preferred
basic math skills

Job Duties

Take orders from customers and waiter/waitress
mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
document all transactions on point of sale software
stock products and maintain a clean workstation
perform additional duties as assigned
