Job Requirements
- Two or more years in restaurant management experience
- Ability to successfully enroll and complete required training or certifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver's license and successful driver insurability check
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and cover manager shifts on busy days or special events
- Understanding and ability to execute iServ policies and procedures
- Regularly lift/move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds with a team
- Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
- May be exposed to wet, humid, hot, cold, and steamy kitchen environments and cleaning chemicals
- May inhale smoke from a wood-burning cooker
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years in restaurant management experience
- Ability to successfully enroll and complete required training or certifications by a reasonable amount of time
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively present information, changes, new objectives, and other topics to both large and small groups
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs
- A valid driver's license and an ability to complete a successful driver insurability check
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and can cover manager shifts on busy days and/or special events
- Understanding and ability to execute all iServ policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Hire, train and develop hourly team members while ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable in their roles
- Communicate with the General Manager regarding company objectives
- Promote and embrace the department strategy established by the Area Director
- Ensure that Mission and Values are communicated, understood, and practiced with all team members under direction
- Promote a culture that inspires improvement
- continually develop and mentor team members and is directly responsible for their success
- Ensure that restaurants have a fun, playful, and engaging atmosphere by going above and beyond to meet individual needs and concerns of staff and guests daily
- Respond to immediate store needs
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience
