Job Duties
- Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
- washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware
- maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter
- follows sanitation and cleaning procedures including maintaining a clean, dry floor as well as making sure full trashcans and boxes are removed properly
- ensure equipment is working properly and any issues are reported to management immediately
