This growth includes exciting new front-of-house positions that focus on enhancing guest relations and elevating the overall dining experience.

We are seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our front-of-house management team in roles such as sommeliers, directors, and managers who will be responsible for managing all daily operations within the front of the house. These roles are critical in maintaining our high standards for product presentation and guest satisfaction, as well as supporting and guiding our team of servers, bartenders, runners, service assistants, and hosts. Candidates must have a passion for hospitality and a continuous desire to deepen their expertise in all aspects of restaurant management. This includes building and maintaining an exceptional wine program that adds both quality and value to the guest experience, ensuring that the wine list qualifies for prestigious awards, and providing comprehensive wine education to staff members. These leaders will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies while managing inventory, administrative duties, and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting professionalism. They will help cultivate new regular guests through outstanding hospitality and lead their teams with a hands-on approach that exemplifies the company’s high standards for service and quality. Our front-of-house managers play a vital part in the continued success of the company by promoting a positive work environment and contributing ideas that enhance the guest experience. We offer flexible schedules that include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to advance their careers in a well-respected, growing hospitality group that values employee development, diversity, and teamwork. Competitive compensation is provided, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that supports work-life balance, personal growth, and financial security.
