Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years sommelier or wine steward experience
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Exceptional knowledge of wine and beverage service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate weight
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as a sommelier or wine steward
Strong passion for food and wine
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a guest-first attitude
Familiarity with wine regions, varietals, and service standards

Job Duties

Provide expert wine recommendations to guests enhancing their dining experience
Curate and maintain a diverse and high-quality wine list
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to create exceptional food and wine pairings
Educate guests and staff on wine selections and proper service techniques
Manage inventory and procurement of wine to ensure availability and quality
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any wine-related concerns promptly
Participate in training programs to continually improve knowledge and skills
