Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years sommelier or wine steward experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Exceptional knowledge of wine and beverage service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate weight
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide expert wine recommendations to guests enhancing their dining experience
- Curate and maintain a diverse and high-quality wine list
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to create exceptional food and wine pairings
- Educate guests and staff on wine selections and proper service techniques
- Manage inventory and procurement of wine to ensure availability and quality
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any wine-related concerns promptly
- Participate in training programs to continually improve knowledge and skills
