Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or ged
- requires a minimum of 2 years previous work experience as a sommelier in a lounge fine-dining restaurant
- court of master sommeliers level 1 certification required
- must be fluent in english and the ability to speak spanish is preferred
- must be proficient in pos software
Job Qualifications

- court of master sommeliers level 1 certification required
- candidates must exhibit wine beverage and advanced service knowledge including wine service champagne mixed cocktails cordials after dinner drinks upselling and tableside service
- must have a high school diploma or ged
- must be fluent in english and the ability to speak spanish is preferred
- must be proficient in pos software
Job Duties
- greet guests in a positive friendly manner with eye contact and intention
- communicate the needs of guests to co-workers kitchen and management
- actively participate and contribute to pre-shift meetings
- have complete knowledge of all food menu items specifications and allergies
- display a mastery in understanding and exceptional communication of the wine list beer list and cocktail offerings
- form grow and maintain relationships with guests for repeat business
- consistently follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the room management
