Job Requirements
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- A genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all our guests
- Extensive knowledge of wine
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Open Table, Toast and CTUIT
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a flexible schedule, available to work daytime, evening and/or weekend shifts
- Steakhouse experience with wine certification is preferred
- Must be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Maintain a professional demeanor and have a strong work ethic
- A minimum of two years' experience at a high-end, high-volume restaurant is a must

Job Duties
- Continually monitor daily sales, ordering, par levels and costs
- Maintain accurate paperwork for inventory levels
- Conduct the monthly wine inventory and year end inventory
- Assist with staff training
- Print and maintain all the wines lists needed by the business level
- Coordinate wine up-sell, wine pairing with the service team
- Be accessible and available to employees
- Consistently demonstrate excellent people skills when dealing with employees and guests
