Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position or proper certification
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and holidays
- Self-motivated and motivator of others
- Ability to work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
- In-depth knowledge of food and preparation
- Ability to relate to all levels of guests and management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Maintain clean and healthy personal hygiene and grooming
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Availability to work late nights, holidays and long days as necessary

Job Duties
- Work the floor during service with an emphasis on beverage sales
- Up-sell at all possible opportunities
- Maintain a high quality level of service regarding body language, eye contact and proper verbiage
- Positively enhance the guest experience throughout their dining experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all wine, sake, beer, spirits, specialty cocktails, teas and sodas and non-alcoholic beverages
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of all decanters, wine stations and beverage storage areas
- Open and close beverage stations as needed
- Provide excellent service at all times to all guests
- Respond to guest questions and provide assistance, direction and information
- Assist in other aspects of service to support team members
- Attend all food and beverage training classes
- Follow opening and closing duties and side work sheets
- Attend daily pre-meal communication meetings
