Job Requirements
- 2+ years of sommelier or restaurant management experience in a high volume upscale fast-paced restaurant
- ability to learn and train others
- ability to drive hospitality and inspire others
- must exhibit an aptitude for leading coaching and driving excellence at every level
- must be available weekends and late nights
- knowledge of Old World wines
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of experience as a sommelier or in restaurant management in a high-volume upscale setting
