Job Requirements
- Level 3 sommelier or equivalent preferred
- minimum of two years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar supervisory role within luxury fine dining or social dining high volume restaurant preferred
- high emotional intelligence
- strong team leadership ability
- excellent knowledge of food and beverages
- flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Curate and execute a compelling, member-focused wine program
- drive wine education and service standards across the dining team
- serve as an engaged floor leader during peak service periods
- partner to create immersive wine experiences
- build meaningful relationships with members and anticipate their preferences and needs
- oversee service standards, labor management, compliance with club and CBA guidelines, and financial performance
- maintain an inspiring and welcoming presence in the dining room
