This beautiful establishment features a magnificent 10-metre-ceilinged assembly hall which now serves as the main dining room of the restaurant. Job Requirements
- Extensive experience working in some of the best bars and restaurants in New York
- Experience launching and opening restaurants and bars in New York and the US
- Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers and revenue
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with all departments
- Exemplary product knowledge of food and beverage and specifically wine

Job Duties
- Successfully executing the Hawksmoor wine programme in NYC
- Supporting the Lead Sommelier in running and maintaining the wine programme in NYC
- Ensure service and hospitality standards are high and consistent through good understanding of the full wine programme and all other products
- Being a strong presence on the floor supporting the Front of House team
