  • have 1-2 years of Sommelier experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
  • be organized and proficient at multitasking
  • be a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt
  • possess strong verbal communication skills
  • have a commitment to perfection and a passion for hospitality
  • thrive in fast-paced environments and work well under pressure
  • have flexibility to work days, nights and weekends

  • support the Server and Bar Teams
