  • Certified Sommelier (CMS, WSET, Level 2 or higher) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of global wines, spirits, and fine dining service
  • Experience in luxury dining or award-winning restaurants preferred
  • Passion for wine education and training team members
  • Proven inventory management and cost control skills

  • Curate and maintain an exceptional wine list featuring both classic and emerging producers
  • Provide expert wine recommendations to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Lead ongoing wine training sessions to elevate staff expertise and service standards
  • Manage wine inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal offerings
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop thoughtful food and wine pairings
