For experienced team drivers who qualify for the Team Elite division, earnings range from $90,000 to $110,000 annually with a schedule of three weeks on the road and three days at home, along with priority truck assignments. Werner’s Career Track program further supports drivers in skill development by pairing them with experienced Driver Leaders for mentoring and hands-on experience.
