Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- hold a valid Class A CDL license
- have at least 30 days of commercial driving experience
- maintain an acceptable driving record
- be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- meet all Department of Transportation qualifications
- pass DOT physical including drug screen and company hair follicle test
- provide acceptable references from previous employers
Job Qualifications
- valid Class A CDL license
- minimum of 30 days commercial driving experience
- acceptable driving record free from major violations
- ability to pass DOT physical examination including drug and hair follicle testing
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- experience with team driving preferred for team driver positions
Job Duties
- operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all federal and state regulations
- complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance
- manage timely delivery and pickup of freight according to assigned routes and schedules
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hours of service, mileage, and delivery details
- communicate effectively with dispatchers, team members, and customers to coordinate logistics and resolve issues
- utilize onboard technology and telematics devices to enhance navigation, safety, and operational efficiency
- participate in ongoing training and career development programs to improve driving skills and compliance
