The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This includes creating engaging and high-quality content including photos, reels, videos, and event clips that resonate with potential clients and inspire action. Beyond content creation, the role demands active engagement with our audience by responding promptly to inquiries and expertly converting them into confirmed bookings.
A key part of the role involves running and managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta/Facebook, to expand outreach and generate high-quality leads. The right candidate will actively seek partnerships and referral networks by reaching out to event planners, wedding coordinators, corporate clients, and influencers, thus creating a strong business pipeline. They will be expected to track leads, monitor bookings, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to continuously optimize strategies for better results.
Compensation for this position includes a base pay of $20 per hour plus a 5% commission on every confirmed booking brought in. This presents an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to earn unlimited income potential based on their performance. Closing a single high-value event, such as a $10,000 booking, can yield $500 in commission, making this role highly rewarding for results-oriented professionals.
