Dave & Busters is seeking a Guest Service / Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Dave & Busters, the role involves welcoming and engaging all guests by providing exceptional service that creates unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities include guiding groups of Guests through collaborative activities and games, being the knowledge master of the game types, providing tips and tricks to the Guests for the best experience, understanding Guests' needs to determine the best game(s) for the group, and supporting Guests with any service and basic technical questions.
