Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand or walk for 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- Must adhere to dress code and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of social and interactive games is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of all significant problems or unusual matters
- Welcome and engage all guests by providing exceptional service
- Create an environment of high engagement and fun for guests
- Guide groups of guests through collaborative activities and games
- Provide tips and tricks to guests to enhance their experience
- Support guests with service and basic technical questions
- Partner with service team to ensure prompt beverage and food service
- Complete set-up and break down of social bays
- Reset and clean bays to approved standards
- Adhere to company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
- Assess guest demeanor and report concerns to management
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- Effectively communicate to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Comply with dress code and professional appearance standards
