The role of a Social Bay Concierge at Dave & Buster's is vital in ensuring guests have a memorable visit by providing exceptional service within the social bay areas. As a Social Bay Concierge, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and offering guidance on the best games and entertainment options available. Your responsibilities include operating the point of sale system accurately, managing cash and credit transactions, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of social bay spaces during events and peak hours. This position requires someone who is energetic, guest-focused, and capable of maintaining a warm and entertaining atmosphere.

Working in this dynamic role means you will be actively engaging with guests to ensure they enjoy the full Dave & Buster’s experience, from selecting games to delivering prompt service and resolving any concerns.
