Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by seamlessly integrating food, drinks, and games in an entertainment-focused environment
- keep supervisors informed of significant issues or unusual occurrences
- proactively address guest concerns and propose alternative solutions
- cultivate a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation protocols
- manage personal cash bank and financial transactions accurately
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and responsibly handle intoxicated guests
- assess guest behavior and identify situations requiring managerial attention
- greet guests promptly and courteously
- assist guests with game selections and instructions
- maintain thorough knowledge of all entertainment offerings and answer guest questions
- efficiently enter orders into the POS system
- work swiftly and effectively according to efficiency principles
- assist with setup and breakdown of social bay areas for events or peak times
- help clean and reset social bay areas
- support team members as needed
- be responsible for sales through personal POS keys and complete opening and closing duties
- participate in promotional activities and contests to boost sales and brand visibility
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction through frequent check-ins and prompt responses
- maintain a clean and organized social bay station
