Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash and credit card transactions
- capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- willingness to work days, nights, and/or weekends as business necessitates
- ability to stand and walk for 100% of the shift
- capacity to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions
- ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- a talent for engaging with guests and generating excitement about the Dave & Buster's experience
- proficiency in operating POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and reconciling financials at shift end
- ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- must be at least 18 years of age

- keep your immediate supervisor well-informed of any significant issues or unusual occurrences
- proactively address concerns or propose alternative solutions when necessary

- adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
- manage personal cash bank, ensuring all financial transactions are precise by correctly using credit card machines, providing accurate change, and maintaining sufficient cash and coin
- follow all alcohol awareness procedures, including preventing intoxication and handling intoxicated guests responsibly
