Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • have the ability to read and communicate in English effectively
  • demonstrate experience or aptitude in customer service
  • possess cash handling and POS system operation skills
  • be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • have the physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • follow company sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures
  • work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment

  • manage personal cash bank with precise financial transactions
  • follow all alcohol awareness procedures, including preventing intoxication
  • assess guest behavior and report situations requiring management attention

  • assist guests with game selections and instructions
  • maintain comprehensive knowledge of entertainment offerings
  • enter social bay-related orders into POS system efficiently
  • work swiftly and effectively adhering to efficiency principles
  • assist with setup and breakdown of social bay areas
  • help clean and reset areas as required
  • support other team members as needed
  • responsible for all sales processed through personal POS keys
  • participate in promotional activities and contests
  • ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by frequent check-ins
  • maintain a clean and organized social bay station
  • foster positive working relationships with team members
