Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash and credit card transactions
  • ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as business necessitates
  • capacity to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to walk or stand for 100% of the shift
  • ability to move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods
  • capability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
  • willingness to operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment with potential distractions

Job Qualifications

  • a talent for engaging with guests and generating excitement about the Dave & Buster's experience
  • proficiency in operating POS systems, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and reconciling financials at shift end
  • ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • must be at least 18 years of age

  • adhere strictly to company sanitation protocols
  • manage personal cash bank, ensuring all financial transactions are precise by correctly using credit card machines, providing accurate change, and maintaining sufficient cash and coin
  • follow all alcohol awareness procedures, including preventing intoxication and handling intoxicated guests responsibly
