Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Read and write handwritten notes
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • Reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm
  • Able to read and communicate in English
  • Knowledge of different game types and strategies is preferred
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage

  • Welcome and engage all guests with exceptional service

  • Support guests with service and basic technical questions and alert amusement team if needed
