The Social Bay Concierge position at Dave & Buster's plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience in one of the most exciting areas of the venue, the interactive Social Bays. This role is pivotal in creating an engaging atmosphere where guests can enjoy fast-paced games in a collaborative environment. The Concierge acts as a knowledgeable guide, helping groups select games that match their interests and group dynamics while providing tips and advice to maximize fun and competition. It is an energetic, guest-focused role requiring excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the games offered, and the ability to support guests with game-related questions and technical assistance. The Social Bay Concierge also partners closely with the food and beverage teams to ensure guests receive timely and attentive service, helping to maintain an environment where socialization, celebration, and entertainment are seamlessly blended. Job Requirements

- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of customer service principles
- ability to effectively guide and engage groups
- basic technical aptitude for supporting game functions
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters
- welcome and engage all guests providing exceptional service
- create an environment of high engagement and fun
- guide groups of guests through collaborative activities and games
- provide tips and tricks on games to guests
- support guests with service and basic technical questions
- partner with service team for prompt beverage and food service
- complete side work to support setup and breakdown of social bays
- reset and clean bays to approved standards
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and notify manager when needed
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- communicate effectively with guests generating enthusiasm
- read and communicate in English
- dress in proper dress code
- be at least 18 years of age
